Return Shipping Costs
For returns (other than faulty or damaged items), Qvec Uk Ltd will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

150.0001 kg to 180 kg Purchaser pays £150
180.0001 kg to 210 kg Purchaser pays £180
210.0001 kg and above: Purchaser pays £215
